Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Digital Learning Portal (DLP), we strive to provide a seamless learning experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the quality and commitment of our training programs.
Cancellation: You may cancel your course enrollment within 24 hours of registration. Please contact DLP via email with your details to initiate the cancellation. No cancellations will be accepted after this window.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of enrollment. Once the request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No Refund Cases:
- Accessing more than 10% of course content.
- Request made after 24 hours of enrollment.
- Violation of our Terms of Use.
